Since I got my D200, I’ve been quite happy and I don’t have any interest for D300 when it was announced. I’m interested with D3, especially for that clean ISO 6400, but the price is too much for me.

There have been quite a lot of rumors about new full frame DSLR from Nikon with smaller body but there was not much to believe. But now there is a new rumor about new Nikon DSLR with the same sensor as in D3 but in a smaller body called D700 and it’s around US $2000 cheaper than D3. The poster provide some pictures of the leaflet for D700. If it’s real, I’m really interested .

UPDATE 30.06.2008 12:00: The is a rumor that there will be an announcement from Nikon on th 1st of July 2008, and I just found out that Foto Dany, a photo store in Bern, Switzerland, has put an announcement that there will be a new Nikon demo on the 4th & 5th of July 2008. Let’s see if the D700 is there .

European football championship, Euro 2008, is happening in Switzerland and Austria right now. Holland has an advantage of playing their first 3 matches in the same city, Bern. Tens of thousands of their supporter came to Bern. During the Holland match day, Bern turn into orange city. You could find a Holland supporter wearing orange color almost everywhere.

I was taking pictures of a farewell party for our friend in Ipsach, when I saw there are a lot of water sport activities in Bielersee. Luckily my 400mm lens is still in the car, so I could capture some great actions of people doing Wind Surfing and Kite Surfing.
